Terms of Service

1. What Gnosora is

Gnosora provides self-administered psychometric tests (personality and cognitive-reasoning) and, for subscribers, AI-generated personal readings based on your results. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical or diagnostic advice

Tests, scores, and AI readings are for informational and self-development purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or diagnostic advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Cognitive scores are within-test measures, not normed IQ scores or percentiles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Gnosora. The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Accounts

You can take tests without an account. Saving results, viewing history, generating readings, and sharing require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Taking tests and seeing your score profiles is free. A paid subscription unlocks the generation of new personal AI readings. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, per your plan) until canceled.

You can cancel anytime, self-serve, from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Readings you have already generated remain available to you after cancellation.

Refund requests are handled through Stripe in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

6. Sharing results

You may create a public share link for a saved result. A share link exposes a frozen snapshot of that score profile (never your AI reading) to anyone who has the link. You control your share links and can revoke them at any time from your account; revoked links stop working permanently.

7. Content and intellectual property

The service — including test items, scoring logic, sample and generated readings, design, and branding — is our content, protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and read; they may not be resold or republished as a product.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent access controls or paywalls, scrape or data-mine test content (including for training competing products), reverse-engineer the service, share account credentials, or use the service to harm others.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates security risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits — survive termination.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@gnosora.com.
